I’m Anna
I work with people to help them craft a story as unique as the person they have lost
I started Grieftide to do exactly this - walk alongside people on the first steps of their Grieftide, as they figure out how best to remember the person they have lost.
Learning about people’s lives, hearing about their experiences, and listening to the adventures they went on from those who loved them is a great honor. Working with people to tell a story that encompasses not only the events of someone’s life, but captures their personality too, is a gift. I know how difficult grief is, and I know how powerful remembering a lost loved one by telling their unique story can be.
My eulogy services and celebrant practice comes from my own personal experiences of losing family, friends and community, and volunteering alongside the dying at Vancouver Hospice Society. I am comfortable in both religious and secular environments, and believe that every life is sacred and worthy of celebration.
